I can not say enough good about Kalona Auto!! Car was out front ready to go when we got there to test drive. Our salesman was the greatest, polite and friendly, made our visit very pleasant. We bought the Toyota! I would highly recommend Kalona Auto, friendly, accommodating, easy to work with, great people.

I texted him and told him I was running alittle late that I was coming from davenport he said it was ok and would wait for me to get there when I got there he was in his car waiting and as he seen me pull in he drove off and left and I know he seen me cuz he looked right at me I called him on his cell and he was very rude.

I was looking for a very specific car that the dealership had and was connected with Tyler. I am 4 hours away but he worked with me as the car was going thru service and reconditioning. It turns out my daughter changed her mind on the vehicle type so we did not purchase. While I can’t speak to the Dealership experience, I can tell you Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest about the vehicle I was looking at and patient with me. I appreciate my experience with him and thank him for his time

Sales person who contacted me was great, unfortunately the vehicle sold just hours before my appointment to look at it.

Told me it was a white with brown interior and it turned out to be gray with black interior. Would not confirm appointment to view the vehicle based on this interaction

I scheduled an appointment to test drive the truck, the dealership knew I was driving over three hours to do this. While on my way, about an hour and a half in, I checked the website and it showed the vehicle was sold. I called the dealership and they confirmed it was sold the night before. When I asked if they were going to tell me so I didn’t waste my time I was told no that they were going to have me test drive other vehicles. I would never do business with this dealership.
