The fastest service ever.

I was interested in an Outback Forester and a salesman was supposed to pick me up from work to view it. 25 minutes after what I thought was the planned pickup time he said they received the wrong car. When the car finally arrives he was insisting on cleaning it before I could view it. Of course I never was able to view it because it did not pass through their shop. Suddenly a Kia Optima is available and while I am actively being "sold" on this car, his text messages became a little inappropriate. I no longer felt comfortable using this dealership.

Dealer/Cat and salesperson David were very prompt in contacting me and responding to questions even on a wkend! Much appreciated.
