Jeep dealerships near me (Geismar, LA)

Out of state buyer, tried to buy a vehicle dealership was slow to respond and did not want to work with me unless I came in. Which tells me they were hoping to use sales tactics to get me to bend after a 4 hour drive.

Communication from the sales team was excellent, and they truly worked hard to make sure I had a great experience. The dealership was very busy, so the process did take quite a while (about 5 hours), but Peyton and Terry were beyond amazing the entire time. They were patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, they are the only reason I stayed and completed the deal. Unfortunately, my experience in the finance office was the complete opposite. The finance manager became visibly upset when I declined additional warranties and GAP coverage. I felt talked down to and treated as if I didn’t understand what I was doing, simply because I chose not to purchase the add-ons. That part of the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I can’t say enough great things about the sales staff — especially Peyton and Terry — and they truly represent what good customer service should look like. Good experience

I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.
