Honest , good place to deal with, truck was everything they advertised.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I made an appointment for a test drive and they sent the car to another dealer before my appointment with no notification. I was basically told “that’s the car business.” Horrible professionalism and very poor customer service. No one at the top knew anything about the situation but wasn’t willing to offer any help.

Friendly, transparent, no pressure sale. I will buy my next vehicle here as well. Great staff

Dealership responded within two hours of my contacting them by email, even though it was after hours

Dealer had me come in for 4 hours, told them to get a truck from another store for me to look at it and they acknowledged it was on the way but never showed up so I left. Also only offered 17k for my truck trade in value and wouldn’t match the 20k from other dealers. Somehow I had an extremely high payment 850-900 when my bank had me in the 650-675 range.

They made my first car buying experience smooth and helped me so much and so quickly as I needed this so badly for my family and it was meant to be all around. They were amazing and very friendly. They did everything to ensure I was happy and that I would be comfortable. The 3.5 hour trip there and back was worth it!
