They gave me a firm appointment to come look at car. I told them that I’m leaving my house and going straight there. When I arrived they told me they’d already sold it to another family. Very dishonest and terrible communication

I was working through the process to purchase, sending pictures information, other information. I called back ready to purchase and they told me someone else had purchased the vehicle. Of course I was dissappointed, but mostly shocked, they didn't even give me a heads up that someone else was interested in the vehicle. No opportunity to put money down on the vehicle to hold it while we worked the process. The following Monday they called me and told me that the vehicle didn't sell and was still available. Too late, I found another vehicle online and the dealer told me someone else was also interested in the vehicle, I dropped a down payment before I got off the call. Communication is key.

The overall experience was good. However, note they do have dealer adding and charge a fee for reconditioning that should already be included in the price but is not.

Good price got a qoute pretty quick but was a little low on my trade made contact and was communicating but slow on response. I purchased from a more responsive dealer in Alabama.

The staff told me they would call me back the next day to let me know about the Jeep, no one called.
