Everyone at the dealership was awesome

Went for a test drive. The tires were bad. The drive was extremely loud and unsafe. Instead of addressing the safety issue, the sales manager accused us of not wanting the car, wasting his time and began raising his voice at us. Rude, unprofessional and I would not recommend them. We bought at a different dealership a couple days later. They missed out on a sale and their car still has faulty tires that can hurt the next person who drives it.

the car was not as shown on the web site the dealer didn't seem to know the car or its history.

The discounted price was $72000 and change. The added dealer options brought it to 80,900 from which they gave me a $500 Veteran discount. The quid pro quo was delivered by the closer/finance manager. He attempted to sell me a "all encompassing warranty" that I scoffed at for the extra 8K. I reminded him that I originally sought used trucks but when RAM made their 10 year 100,000 miles warranty for 2026 that changed my mind to go ahead and buy new. He responded with a OK, then $2,759. He pressed this added warranty 3 times. When I questioned him about the new warranty he just waived it off as "That's for normal wear and tear only." I can not recommend this dealership.
