I have to say, this was by far one of the best dealerships I’ve been to when purchasing a used vehicle. Jordan was exceptional — he really was. I was a little unsure in the beginning, but he gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed even before walking into the dealership. Walking in at 5 PM on a Saturday evening and being out before 8:30 PM with approval and keys in hand was nothing short of amazing. The finance team was also really good. Despite some of the bad reviews I had seen beforehand, my personal experience was completely different and honestly exceeded my expectations. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was being told the vehicle would be fully detailed and cleaned before pickup. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cleaned to my liking. There were still fingerprints on some of the back seats, and it seemed like only the exterior was touched up to make it look good while the inside was overlooked. The salesperson was professional, but sales management was not. The pricing did not match what was advertised online across multiple vehicles. I expect normal wear on used cars, but the issue here is transparency. The “market price” appears inflated, and additional fees were introduced late in the process, making the final numbers misleading. The online price feels like a tactic to get you in the door, not what you’ll actually pay. Because of this, I do not trust the finance or management side of this dealership. Transparency matters in a major purchase like this, and it was lacking here. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or consider other dealerships. I have also taken steps to report this experience to the Federal Trade Commission.

I inquired about a car but was priced really good but had sold before I could do anything but they were very friendly and transparent they also checked to see if they could help me with any other cars so I feel i would buy a cat from them would definitely give them a chance to earn your business.

I told them what I could afford on the monthly payment for the truck and they came back with this ridiculously high monthly payment that I couldn't afford monthly on the truck and they try to low ball me on my trade in I was only $100.00 away from sealing the deal on the truck and driving away with it but they wouldn't work with me on the payment process as far as going down on the price of the truck monthly payment.
