Jeep dealerships near me (Springfield, OH)

Tried to buy the truck. Agreed on a price then refused to sell it. Very confused with no explanation.

I didn’t make purchase so could be great place and good people. My issue is I hate when dealers advertise something wrong. The Ram truck showed new with 25 miles on it. I find out that it has 800 miles and was a dealer driven car. While he pointed this out early, he clearly knew this was advertised falsely and I feel this is a tactic to get you in the door. This is an automatic never do business in my book. If you’re going to lie in the listing, why should I ever trust anything you say or do business with you. Based on dealer pointing it when talking they were knowingly posting it with less miles to get business IMO.

Salesman was very nice and easy to talk to.

Was told they would hold truck for me even with a deposit. Was contacted by manager and he said they never hold vehicles for anyone. I showed up next day to work the situation out and another customer was there buying the truck. Truck was 32k and I offered 34k CASH and was told no. Other guy financed and got it. They make more money off financed vehicles. Manager was nice but when you give someone your word it should be keep.
