Everything went very smooth. Ryan was awesome to work with. We feel we got a good deal and are very pleased with the vehicle and the service.

Dealership knew I was interested in this vehicle. Multiple texts, emails and messages, never could anyone let me know that the vehicle was in the shop for brake sensor repairs, went to buy this vehicle with money and clean title in hand, and couldn’t even look at it. Then was told it was my fault for not calling and asking. I walked out heartbroken. Common courtesy they should have told me it wasn’t available at this time when they contacted me and knew I was interested in this vehicle. Never will go back! The salesman was so rude, treated us like crap! They never tried to even make it right, and now they raised the price..

First I just want to say that Jose, the salesperson, was awesome. I inquired, he contacted me within the hour to set up an appointment, and even took the extra step to text me a short personalized video of the Jeep. That second star is for you, Jose! Now on to the bad. They only replaced one tire on an AWD/4x4 vehicle. If you have one new tire and 3 worn tires, that aren’t within 2/32nd’s of the new tire, it will damage your AWD system. This can literally damage the Jeep. I told Jose I would pay what they are asking, but I do need 3 new tires so the AWD system wouldn’t get damaged. Jose took this info to his manager, then Jose came back and said his manager wouldn’t do it. The manager didn’t come out and tell me himself, or explain why. The manager didn’t try and work with me (maybe split the cost of the new tires.) The manager didn’t even come out to thank me for stopping in. It’s a shame. Would have bought, but instead bought elsewhere.

All went well. Dealt with a young man named Jessie.

I went there to look at a 20/20 Dodge Grand caravan I was interested in it but they were beating around the bush about the price then he wanted me to sign that I signed to be committed to buying it without even giving me a price I was upset and I walked out
