Terrible communication and price transparency, I tried to purchased a pickle up truck and trade in my vehicle. Talk to multiple people, send them pictures of my car, mileage and they seem not to be on the same pages when it comes to the price. complete waste of time for they sold the truck to someone else and they still have the audacity to call me, email me and text me if I’m still in the market for a truck. I give it 1star not 2, time wasted and effort.

Overall, ok. Sales associate was pleasant. I was not happy that the price on Cargurus was not the price advertised on the lot, they had added just under $2,000 in dealer add ons. I did not pay for these add-ons. Also not happy the dealer refused to discount the vehicle for the cost of an extra key fob as they delivered with only one. I have since spent $300 for a spare key fob.

When a sales consultant could remember what you first inquired about instead of sending open emails from three different people things got moving. It took the sales manager Jeffrey to finally get me a online quote that I applied for in the first place. He was very open and transparent.

The price listed was not the real price; hidden fees were shown later. I guess many car dealers do that, but because it is common practice does not mean it is correct.
