Great communication, finance process. Just didn’t want to work on price. Highly recommend everyone check blue book and don’t over pay. I got the same car 1 year new with less miles for less by shopping.

I'm from out of state, and Saad was the salesman who was helping me. I was surprised when I looked at the contract numbers and saw warranties I didn't want and other things I hadn't agreed to. When I told them to remove them, Mr. George, the dealership manager, said it didn't make sense to sell me a truck without all those warranties. And as a customer, I'm not going to buy something I don't want. I can't believe a dealership would lose a customer and a sale over a few thousand dollars in warranties.

He was rude and did not want to discuss the car with me. I went a second time and brought my son and no one even came out even though we're in the parking lot looking at the car for over 10 minutes.

The advertised price does not include nearly $3000 in non-negotiable add-ons. The dealer representative contacted me in a timely manner and was professional, but only provided a portion of the requested information.

Beware Prices advertised are not truly what you find when you get to the sales table. Bait & switch prices by thousands.

Horrible customer service. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the person I was interacting with. I asked a simple question about why the pricing was so high on a salvaged car and he became super aggro and defensive… Tried to mansplain salvaged titles to me and didn’t have a single answer to why the car was overpriced.

Gave me up to day info on the truck even though the truck never passed inspection. Which was great they took the truck off the market because of the inspection so as not to pass on the problems to a customer which says alot the company great job thanks
