They listed the car at one price then went up 4,000 when I was wanting to buy it

I made an appointment and drove 2 and a half hours specifically to see a truck they had listed, only to arrive and be told it had already been sold. What’s frustrating is they called me twice beforehand to confirm my appointment, but never mentioned the truck was no longer available. Instead, they immediately started trying to show me other trucks that were way above my budget. It felt like a waste of my time and gas money just to get me on the lot. Better communication and honesty would have gone a long way.

The dealership never contacted me through the method I gave them to communicate with me. I went to their show room, and they were nice, but we were unable to come to terms with a price.

I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.

They was great. And,Zac was super great

Purchase was easy & everyone was really helpful & kind. The only mishap was that there was a dent in the fender that was not advised. All & all though the truck is a good truck & we are very happy with it. AJ & Ryan were great to work with & we would definitely work with them again.
