Made appointment and car was waiting for me to test drive. Nice not to have to wait around for salesperson to find keys and car!

It was okay and I still may consider calling them back because I'm having a hard time with a price reduction on the 2 2024, konas and I really want the only reason I didn't go for this one is out of state and it's an older model I may recons ider!

They didn't speak or asked how I was doing. I feel they called me there to try and shame me or trying to set me up for whatever? Stay there over 2 hours and some white boy was being disrespectful when I went to the restroom.

Salesman Thomas Huffman was very polite and curteous. He was very helpful in providing all the information needed about the truck. Everyone that I communicated with at the dealership was very nice. They were willing to to negotiate some on the internet price as well.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was nice. I knew what i wanted. The communication was great! Everyone was so friendly the boss kept coming out checking on me asking if i needed snacks or anything. I give it 5 stars. Only thing that need improvement is the wait for the finance department i feel like it could have been a lot quicker but they took forever for the paper work. Other than that this is the best dealership i ever been to. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
