Was very good to talk to on the phone. Need to make visit to try to make a decision. I’m looking at middle April to see what we can do. If this car is sold till then. We will have to talk about another one.

It's clear that Jim Shorkey Ford only cares about maximizing their profits by taking advantage of their customers. I was pressured into purchasing a $1500 protection package (Luxcare XT) after explicitly declining it multiple times. Jim Shorkey Ford refused my request to refund any money and made no effort to resolve the issue. I expressed my concern to both the finance manager (Tony) and the general manager (Alfy), only to be told repeatedly that the car had already been treated and that the money was non-refundable. This excuse seems all too convenient for them. After looking into the Luxcare XT product further, it appears to be nothing more than common paint sealant, wax, and leather sealer - likely worth well less than $100. This product provides very little value for the absurd and unjustifiable cost of $1500. I feel exploited and ultimately deceived. The sales process at Jim Shorkey Ford is intentionally confusing and predatory.

This vehicle in particular was sold - the sales representative- Bill Z called me before opening and let me that it was not available. He put me in contact with Evan at the Butler Diehl store, & he got to me immediately and I bought my car from them the same day! Thank you ALL SO MUCH! 10/10 would recommend Diehl to everybody!
