Easy to deal with sales reps and transparent pricing options from sales manager and sales leadership.

The internet sales manager or whatever the title they had was. They were rude and didn't mention the car was in an accident.

The experience was ok. I did not get any response from the sales person if my offer was accepted or rejected. Received a message from the dealer saying it was still available.

My experience at the dealership was nice. The staff was very courteous and were really trying to get me to get the vehicle. Though my credit isn't at a good spot, they did all they could in order to get me the vehicle. I couldn't get the vehicle due to my credit.

There was very little communication once i expressed my interest in a vehicle. Also, it was advertised about $2k cheaper on CarGuru and other sources such as Edmunds and when i mentioned it to the sales person/manager the sticker price of the vehicle jumped up to 54,800. Felt like a bait and switch tactic to me. Sad part is that i REALLY wanted this Truck but I was not comfortable doing business with a person/dealership who's communication was poor (not responding promptly, not answering specific questions, & confusing our discussions/negotiations with another potential customer) and prices of vehicle magically change once you express your interest in it.
