I had a great experience

Good guys, was invited to the test drive, but postponed for a while. Good first experience.

I was working with a sales person, we had a couple calls over two days. I was approved for financing with one of my banks, I expressed my interest in moving forewarn with the purchase. Then the communication stopped, and within hours, the vehicle had been marked sold. I never heard back from them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Only made an inquiry. They responded quickly. I did not make a purchase. I was looking at a different vehicle at another dealer. Both slipped away. I snoozed. I lost.

Dealer has been amazing through the whole purchase process. Z has been really helpful and has answered all of my questions in a friendly, informative, and helpful manner
