My experience with each, and every one of those that I dealt with at the dealership was professional and very, very helpful. Ian went out of his way to make sure that the truck was ready for me to pick up and the financing went very smooth. Although I’m 6 1/2 hours away, I would deal with this dealership again!

Had an awesome experience at Rhythm CDJR from start to finish. Justin in sales was great to work with — super helpful, easy to talk to, and never made the process feel stressful or pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Richey in finance was just as great. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process smooth, and helped make the whole experience quick and painless.

The worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. Misrepresented the SUV and refused to correct issues with vehicle purchased. Defects that were hidden until after purchase. Vehicle lights and mirror were defective. Engine oil was overfull. Sales rep refused to correct. Terrible customer service. Ignored requests to properly service vehicle.
