Took 3 days to respond after I called them directly

When dealership contacted me amd I asked questions about the vehicle, I was passed to another employee. She was to provide more photos, particularly of the imperfections. Well I get a homemade video that spent more time of just her face in it and the time that was actually on the vehicle she went so fast it was blurry and you couldn't see the details. Never once capturing or pointing out flaws (my request). So I once again asked for photos and was told it would be a few minutes. Over 24 hours later the GM emails me claiming personalized customer service is their focus, mind you I have still not received a photo or answer to a single question I asked. Then later that following day I get an email that say we are sorry this vehicle has sold.

The worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. Misrepresented the SUV and refused to correct issues with vehicle purchased. Defects that were hidden until after purchase. Vehicle lights and mirror were defective. Engine oil was overfull. Sales rep refused to correct. Terrible customer service. Ignored requests to properly service vehicle.
