The salesman Mike Morgan picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership, I was there less than an hour to complete the process and we were headed back to the Airport. Mike took care of all the particulars online so all I had to do is basically just sign and go. Thanks to the whole Staff that made this a seamless transaction. I was harassed by the salesman. I was trying to buy sight unseen since I lived out of state. The salesman knew this but wouldn't stop pressuring and basically argued with me over text to the point I chose not to buy the perfect Van.

Spent two hours trying to just get the price they have advertised without the LoJack theft protect for $990 additional and they wouldn’t take it off until I was leaving but by then I was already too annoyed with their manager so left without buying.

Ran down there and bought that little Ford.. excellent little rig. They treated us well. They were professional... no complaints.

The person I was working with was very responsive via text and provided information on the car readily. When I went to see the car, he made several comments about how I might “steal the car” during a test drive or even how I might steal his pen (when I asked to borrow it). Not good sales tactics. Car also wasn’t cleaned well and I felt like he was more interested in chatting with my husband than answering my questions about the car.

Lame!! Never heard one wird from the dealership!! Rude!!
