"Our experience was mixed, but presented no issues that we were not able to resolve with the assistance of our sales person Ludy Amador. Our only problem was our attempt to obtain additional and standard documentation of the vehicles original sticker and package listing, which one would assume should have been quite simple to provide to us, but after several failed attempts we simply went directly to the manufacture and they were quick to give us everything we were seeking. The staff was courteous and polite and we were repeatedly asked if we were being assisted. "

"My salesperson was Anthony, and he was great. He didn't pressure me or flood me with emails and calls. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push on upselling. Also, Kris and Mike were very friendly and helpful in the process of going through the finance piece and getting familiar with the car. Of the 2 dealerships I visited in person, they were much better than the competition. Of the 8 dealerships I was in email/text communication with, they were one of the more pleasant ones to work with."

"I saw great advertise deals and contacted the dealership online. I missed a return call and then, called them. NO return contact after that. I phoned a second time and was passed from one employee who didn't have the needed incentive information... to another. We discussed what I was looking for and she said she would send information. Never heard from them again."

We did end up buying the truck from them, but they lied and said someone else was on their way to buy it so we'd better offer them more money or they'd give it to the other nonexistent person. If we didn't need a car that weekend we would have walked. They also told us that we had to finance through them if we wanted the great deal they were offering. Avoid this dealer at all costs!!"

"Received repeated canned responses instead of answers to my questions. When I finally got a response, the comment "we're closed when you message us at 4am, no one is going to answer you at that hour". A response with answers to my questions within 24 hrs would have been reasonable but that never happened. "

"Its seems to be only a sales pitch when we got there I ask about dodge dart for 10998 all they did was make us wait for 20 miniutes and said they knew nothing about a 10000 car and laughing kinda was a joke not cool to customers wont be buying a car at this place."

"I went to this dealership twice... The 1st time I had a very bad experience. I cant remember the guy who helped me but he was a short Hispanic guy who should not be working in customer service at all. I decided to give the dealer a 2nd Chance because I was interested in the jeep. So once contacting the dealership again I spoke with TONY and he was very helpful he was even Able to let me tesr drive the car I actually wanted to see ( I failed to mention that the 1st guy couldn't find the keys to the jeep and didn't seem interested in Locating them either) after careful consideration I've decided to wait. The jeep i was looking at ended up being a little over priced and was out of warranty. "
