Sales Rep and Sales manager were very informative and respectful.

The vehicle was sold before I could get there. But the sales person was very helpful. I still plan to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I came in with clear statement that did now wanted to be asked for a consigner and was doing it myself. Informed my credit history and the down payment available. After telling me They requested More. Which was not the problem, they tell me with $2000 I can leave with a brand new 2025 jeep compass I asked repeatedly and also was told would work with my monthly budget. I keep asking for the APR % and the total price after fees and all and they said would make numbers work. Went next day with husband excited just to them have me test drive car still not want to tell me numbers have me waiting almost 2 hours and the sales man come out with a smirk so the co-signer doesn’t have to be your husband. I just walked out but the salesman Enrique just cared about stupidity google review and never did get those numbers honestly just horrible

Extremely frustrating experience with Don Jackson. The advertised price is misleading — once you sit down, they pile on junk fees everywhere. Nearly $2,000 in add-ons like window etching, paint protection, and other items I never asked for. I had to push hard just to get those removed. Then they insisted on a $995 “processing fee” (plus $145 inspection), which is clearly just profit and they refused to budge at all. When I pointed out a legitimate issue with a defective tire (requiring both tires on the axle to be replaced), I asked for a reasonable $600 adjustment — they flat-out refused. Two days later, they dropped the price by $500 anyway. This is not a transparent dealership — it’s a fee-driven, take-it-or-leave-it approach. I walked away and would strongly caution others before doing business here.

Sent me photos of a Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD 4x4 and once was in the garage being repaired then sent photo of dirty ass truck and motor / engine filled with dirt from one end to the other.

Excellent condition and communication with Dealership. It was an overall pleasant transaction.
