The person I talked to on the phone and email to get information about this car was great. June was amazing. However the sales representative we purchased the car from was awful. Billy was a horrible person to deal with. He was talking bad things about June for being off that day. Very unprofessional. He won’t stop talking trying to sell us the car even though we let him know several times that we were ready to purchase the car. Just wasting our time. He lied about the warranty and the time we will going to start doing the monthly payments. He lied about taking our Sion to get a better offer/rate. We found out he lied once we were singing the paperwork. Billy is a very untrustworthy person. Very lousy sales agent and he shouldn’t be managing anyone or anything. He also said we would get two keys. Then he said he would send them in the mail. We’re still waiting for that second key…

This people big liers I called about car they told me it's available they give me next day appointment at 9 am and the guy who should meet me disappear and block my number and they other guys was playing around and then they told me the car is not available after I drove 1 hour to catch the appointment this people trying to bring people in the shop to try to change there mind and buy cars from them

Was supposed to get pictures. They said it might take a day because of bad weather. Then only heard from CarGurus saying it was sold.

The sales person I spoke with on the phone assured me that the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit I was interested in was in "excellent condition". (I asked because blemishes on a black vehicle can be difficult to see in photos). With his assurance, I decided to drive the 2+ hrs, one way, from out of State, to go see it. The sales person I dealt with upon arrival was not who I had originnaly spoken with on the phone, but both gentlemen were extremely friendly, but not pushy. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that the person I spoke with on the phone had a very different definition of "excellent" than mine. The vehicles exterior had multiple rock chips (that were very poorly "touched up"), and the interior had some pretty nasty scratches and gouges in the leather and plastic. Although the vehicle only had a bit over 30k miles, it appeared that they were very hard miles! To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
