Not so good I made a offer including my durango which I wanted trade in value I sent Vin and pics like requested and whenever I wanted a breakdown invoice so we could make a deal with deposit I was ignored and vehicle sold under my nose

Horrible. Bait and switch. Truck priced at $34,850. After all the taxes and junk fees it was $53,000 out the door. I see they changed the price of the vehicle by an additional 10k. At least the potential buyer won’t be too floored in the end.

The truck I was very interested in was nothing like the pictures in the ad. The paint was a complete disaster and the truck needed a whole overhaul. Priced way to high for what it is.

I arrived at the dealership without calling . The car was in the showroom I looked at it for 10 minutes with a salesman in a office 10 feet away that never asked if I needed help so I went to him couldn't get any though .he was abrupt and no help . My five stars were from the follow up calls I received.

They did say it was available, but then I saw it was sold. Then I got a call asking me if I was still interested and I replied I thought it was sold? I was told to hold on and I eventually hung up because she never retrieved my call. They had a lack of communication on their part. I ended up purchasing the same vehicle at MG Enterprises this morning!
