They were promp and courteous

I never spent any time at the dealership. I got notified that the vehicle was available. I called and somebody at the dealership scarfed it up before I had a chance to even buy it. I was online as soon as it came up. I know they go fast but the dealership grabbed it before it was even available on the lot.

Excellent deal

I called and scheduled an appointment to come and look at a truck they had on the lot. I spoke to the sales lady about the price of the truck and all the features. The claimed the truck was “clean and had a clean CarFax report. Spoke to another guy and he told me the truck had a “clean history”. She was going to pull the truck for me and have it cleaned up. The day before my appointment I notice the price of the truck has increased by $3500. I called and they tell me the truck was damaged onsite and had to have body work done. Not only were they going to charge me for their mess up but they still trying to sell the “untracked” truck and refusing to report the damage to carfax to keep the price up. If 0 stars was an option that would be my choice for the shady used car dealership.

I tried to get an out the door price for four days! The sales person said she would call me back and never did, I spoke to her on multiple occasions.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The car increased in price after getting a sales quote. Total out the door price was less than the new listed price. WOW
