Terriable experience I was told 15k for my trade and then they said lower price. Beat credit up promised the world but Terriable experience. Trying to scam me on trade and added more money on there car. Beware

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Answer and address all of my concerns and questions. The process was quick not like other dealerships where it's a all day process. My wife loves the 2023 jeep renegade. Thanks to the whole staff and keep up the good work

Ok to deal with

Contacted this dealer about a vehicle he gave me a price I countered and he came back with another price that interested me. In the proposal he sent me via email he pulled a fast one in my opinion because he actually had the vin number on the proposal and it wasn't the vehicle I negotiated for. When I sent him an email pointing that out he never answered my questions at all he just sent me a response saying " we have certified used cars" I actually thought someone was playing a joke on me. This proves to me they are less than credible.

Horrible experience. Wasted my time for the 2nd time. First time I came to visit a Mini they were unable to show me the car because it was in service and no one had a key but let alone they told me to come in. This time around, I called to verify out the door pricing before wasting my time. I asked him if there was any deal fees, or any other additional fees associated with this vehicle. There wasn’t. Specifically said the price is the price with tax, and doc fee. I get there test drive the car and then went to speak numbers. They then eventually told me about a $1195 repair order and an additional fee of $985 on top of the taxes and $175. So total price went from which should have been around 14k to $16881. Talk about bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE

I called to enquire about the vehicle, the person took my information and said they would call me back to let me know if it’s available. I am yet to receive that call. Bad communication…bad for business.

They do the topical bait and switch. Ignore you at first amd then blow your phone up after they tell you it was just sold! Wasting everyone's time. I look now and vehicle is still listed, its been 2 weeks...why they not take it down? Strictly to get calls and people in the door because its considered a Great Deal on CarGurus. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
