Jeep dealerships near me (Georgetown, KY)

Poor experience. I later realized I was dealing with an AI bot, and the woman I spoke with on the phone wasn’t even the actual selling dealer. I notified the dealer ahead of time that I was driving 3 hours to buy the car and asked that the dealership decal be removed. It wasn’t done when I arrived, and even after reminding him, it still wasn’t done until I was about to leave. The detailing staff had already gone home, so the dealer removed it himself and scratched through the paint to bare metal in two spots. All they offered was to “connect me” with touch-up paint—no repair, no accountability. Deplorable. The vehicle was also not in “excellent condition” as advertised, with two additional scratches down to the metal that were not disclosed. Financing was pushed through a large bank with the highest APR of all the banks I contacted, likely for kickbacks, and dealership fees were excessive. Overall, a very bad experience. Mistakes were made and not corrected.

Sent pics and easy to work with. They sold the truck I was looking at before I could go look at it. Probably a little aggressive on following up, but it was clear they wanted my business. They just didn't have what I was looking for (other than the one I originally contacted them about)
