Jeep dealerships near me (Carrollton, TX)

The car was in total opposite condition than in the pictures. Even the manager came out and said “I’m embarrassed. I shouldn’t have shown this car to you or anyone.” The hood did not latch. The windshield had a softball size crack right in front of the driver. The windshield was missing a trim piece. The car was scratched and dented all over. We joked about never buying a Mitsubishi due to my rental car being awful to drive. The salesman then also said he would never buy a Kia right before he showed us this one. The salesman admitted they are under new management and everyone quit. I wish I had known the condition of the car before driving across the metroplex to make the appointment. I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Shop at your own risk.

Great dealership....i will recommend it to everyone i know....i am not from the area....I live 9hrs away....but special shout out to Joe Koubek....he went above and beyond to help me get my pickup from there. No hidden fees or "dealership add on's"....Joe was very helpful and straight with me....great job Joe Koubek!

The 2017 Yukon I looked at and test drove was a piece of crap the transmission was slipping and they would not fix it so of course I didn't buy it.

They upsold the car compared to listing price, but were upfront about the pricing and didn’t hide it and try to convince me once I got their in person. And when I asked why the price was different they were honest and said they wouldn’t make money and had to have the vehicle listed competitively. I truthfully respect the honesty. It’s nice to see when a dealer can be that honest and they were very friendly and got all information right away like the pricing on paper etc.
