Very unprofessional

Absolute mess. No communication whatsoever. Told them we were coming in, no one knew we were coming in. Gave them a second chance and got a text back two hours later. Gave up. Westlake location isn’t much better.

Fast, friendly, and fair

Slow communication, took 3 weeks. After 2 weeks messaged and they had forgotten, reason was because of end of year they were busy. Price of new vehicle is listed online with all rebates that you most likely are not eligible for all. In my case vehicle was $2000 more.
