This was one of the worst business interactions of my life. I confirmed, twice, that I would be going to see a car over the weekend. I got there 20 minutes early and found out that the car I was confirmed to view was sold right before I got there. It ruined my whole weekend and the drive back was done in shame.

I was interested in 2 vehicles that I saw online, and as a matter of fact, the vehicle is still listed as available on the website, but when I got there, they told me it was sold! Not a happy camper!

The overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people by starting the process on car gurus it saved me much time at the actual dealership. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It made my car buying experience a breeze Ryan was a big help as well as Richard and some of the other staff.

Greg was very professional, I had a great experience with him.

Overall this was a good transaction. The car needs a few things but I expected this at that price point. So far, so good.

Sales woman (Erin) was nice, very helpful. They definitely stand by their AS IS motto. Test drove the car with the windows down, (Warm day in March for Cleveland). Purchased the car and drove off. Rolled up the windows and noticed the AC wasn’t working correctly. Blowers were fine but wasn’t blowing cold air. Returned to the dealer within 2 hours to be treated completely differently and told that it’s an as is sale. (Friendliness was gone. Lol). No hard feelings. Lesson learned. Just posting to enlightened others who may run into the same thing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership due to their poor customer service. From the moment I called in, I felt like my time and business didn’t matter. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I had to wait far longer than expected just to speak with someone. When I finally did get assistance, the representative was dismissive and didn’t take the time to answer my questions clearly. It felt rushed, and I was left confused about important details regarding pricing and vehicle options. Communication was lacking throughout the entire process, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. What stood out the most was the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Buying a car is a big decision, and I expected at least a minimum level of respect and attentiveness. Unfortunately, this dealership failed to deliver on both.
