INFINITI dealerships near me (New York, NY)

They responded quickly. And very welcoming

My salesman James went over and above to provide me with great service.

Overall car Buying experience was pretty straightforward. Salesman was very helpful & financing was made easy , with great options

I was dealing with salesperson who was very pleasant. We set a date to start my purchase process and another sales person sold the car and made a joke of it.

They are excellent

The salesperson was very conscientious, the pricing was completely transparent, and there were no hidden fees. It was a very pleasant car-buying experience.

Long story short I was told the car wasn’t available for the price it was being listed at unless I purchased their extended warranty. They intentionally underpriced the vehicle to get me in and then when they failed to upsell me on the warranty they made up some story that other people were interested and that the vehicle was no longer for sale. I offered to pay the FULL price the car was listed online for and was still told no. I should have read the reviews first before making the drive because apparently this is a move they pull quite often. Zero stars and I strongly recommend going to a different dealership
