Unfortunately, my experience at the dealership was negatively impacted by the interaction with the sales manager who joined the conversation during my visit. When I asked about financing terms, including APR, I was told that the dealership would not provide that information and that I should seek it elsewhere. The conversation became dismissive, and the repeated statement that “people come here to buy cars, not to talk about it” created an uncomfortable environment for both my wife and me. I came to evaluate the vehicle, review the numbers, and determine whether it was a good fit for me, not to be pressured into an immediate decision without transparency. That expectation feels reasonable for any customer. This experience unfortunately affected my interest in moving forward with the purchase. I’m sharing this feedback because, in my own professional role, I understand how important it is for leadership to be aware when a customer experience is impacted in this way.

My experience at Infinity Nashua was terrific, I could not have been treated better by Nate. I recommend using this dealership to purchase a vehicle.

They are all liars. I was texting with Infinity who said that they would give a discount due to body damage. Which they were unwilling to budge. The salesman didn’t even know about the body damage, we pointed out to him. Then pretended like he knew how much it would cost (he said about $1500, today I got a quote for $3600 because the light and radiator is affected) They said they gave us the best interest rate, but that turns out to not actually be true because I reached out to the credit bureaus. They told us it would be six years and at the last minute, they switched it to 75 months to try to sneak in extra fees. They told us that there was a fabric and exterior protection that is complementary, and just before signing loan papers we got a nice $2k charge. Everything in my body told me not to buy from them and now I wish we didn’t because we could’ve gotten a better deal and could’ve gotten a vehicle for the same price with no body damage. They promised a full tank- nope 3/5 full!
