Hyundai dealerships near me (Wayne, NJ)

Paul was very patient with me and helped me get the best deal possible on my new Hyundai Kona. The person who helped me in the finance department was also great.

They are very poor at customer service. I tried twice to talk to them in regards to this vehicle. The first time I was met with instant anger from a sales rep and he would not even have a conversation beyond this is our price and you are lucky to get it at that. I asked if they would go lower and he stopped the conversation, which lead to us getting off the phone. Several days later the dealer dropped the price of the car. Quite surprising since he said MSRP was 32k and I was lucky to get it for 22,500. After that I called again and got a different sales rep, he was much more enjoyable to work with but promised they’d reach out after he had a conversation with his manager. Have not heard a single thing from them since. That was two weeks ago.

They were asking 29,600 for the vehicle and by the time they had all the fees on there was over $3,000 worth of fees and then I wanted to trade a vehicle and they only wanted to give me half the price for Kelley Blue Book total rip off don't do business with him and only had 20,000 miles on it the tires were bald something didn't Jive there either

Poor customer service and follow up. I reached out to Koeppel regarding a car they have had advertised for weeks because they had not included any photos on Car Gurus nor their own dealership website. Not a good sales strategy! Upon speaking to a sellsperson I was told she'd send photos. I hadn't received anything the next day so I emailed the dealership and got no response. The salesperson I spoke to called me back shortly afterwards and said she was still trying to get me photos. That was two days ago. This dealership apparently is not interested in selling their inventory or selling to an out-of-state buyer. In any case they do everyone a favor and keep their cars off of the internet.
