Very poor overall communication with the dealership. The people you email is not even housed at the dealership so they have no idea you are even coming to see a specific vehicle. At first they said the vehicle was sold, but then they found it. The "manager' was horrible and low balled our trade in by 5k. Once we spoke to another manager they raised the price. We were there for 5 hours and walked away without a car.

Went in they had the car ready. We took it for a test drive and I was sold! Everyone was really nice and helpful!
