Spoke with sales and went through explaining I had been pre approved with a company and NOT to run my credit with anyone else, he assured me your dealership don't do that without permission well low and behold ya'll did the same dam thing other dealerships do and spiked up my inquiries when I was told you don't do that. As a matter of fact ya'll never check the pre approved company, just went all the way around the world totally different, I will not be buying from you

The dealer contacted me almost immediately. They seemed eager and excited to work with me. MSRP for the car is $38,100 and they are advertising it for $35,891. I used their “complete my deal” option on their website to try and make my time at the dealership as quick and easy as possible. I planned to trade in my 2013 Chevy Malibu and rated it as poorly as possible while using the complete my deal function and their website valued it at $5,067. I also planned to put $6,000 down and finance the remaining $26,759. I drove two hours to get to the dealership (they knew I was traveling this distance). When we started to work the deal they offered the car at full MSRP, a $500 veteran discount, and $1,000 for my trade. When I questioned this my salesman, Gary, seemed caught off guard, spun around in his chair and packed a dip of chewing tobacco. His manager would not budge even when presented with the printout from their website. I left in my Malibu and will not recommend them .
