Hyundai dealerships near me (Plano, IL)

I went to the dealership to look at the car. But a young lady was taking it for a test drive. Well needless to say.She bought it. But the salesman,Frank told me about a 2023 Tucson SEL. I wanted a red car .Both cars were red after looking at the other car and going back and forth a few times. We were able to come a deal for my car and the new one. I am very happy with my new car. It’s nice when you get what you want .

Never heard from anyone from this dealership.

Our experience was not great. We thought they did not want to deal with us much after I told them my budget. Also, we thought the trade in value for our truck was too low. They offered us a used vehicle that we showed interest in but, again, came in only Pennie’s lower than our budget amount. We felt like we weren’t their time at all.

The car was on the lot for sale but when I was trying to buy it they said it did not pass inspection and they were going to put it through an auction because they could not sell it. Communication was poor I had to keep following up. They were not interested in dealing with an online buyer. I never even received a price on the car. Although they had me do a credit application. This was once again a poor experience with a car dealership.

I went to dealership to see the car that I was looking at online. I got there talked to a salesman and he showed me the vehicle and was very helpful. Test drove the car and talked numbers and everything went good. The salesman and finance team were very helpful.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team
