They were so busy they couldn’t focus on their customers who had appointments. Was not helpful just was telling me what they couldn’t do after I gave them all the info they asked for. But I got a car from another Hyundai somewhere else.

Got to dealership, cash in hand for the amount advertised for car. Then they informed us that cost was about $1000 more due to dealership fees! Not cool. They offered to finance, but we thought about it and canceled. Also the car didn't have all the features they had named in the listing.
