Hyundai dealerships near me (Katy, TX)

I am not very mobile and had to cancel my appointment with the dealership. Everyone from the dealership that I communicated with was very polite and professional.

The absolute worst experience of my life buying from a car dealership the experience is more comparable to dealing with a used car dealership between empty promises and unanswered questions im stuck. I should have ran whenever I had the gut feeling waiting to be seen for 2 hours.

Little to no transparency at all. The model I went to check in was not available for test drive given a ridiculous reason of key not available right then and then was forced to check out an expensive car which when the deal was not struck I was treated as if I wasted there time which infact was exactly the other way round. Extremely rude staff.

Communication was poor with my salesman, Trinity. I had a difficult time contacting him by phone was routed to full voicemail boxes, received no response to emails the finance process was poor. I was coerced into obtaining a cosigner and led to believe that would secure financing on the vehicle I was interested in. After obtaining a cosigner, I was given the run-around by various dealership staff. I was not given an answer on financing the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in until I finally tracked Trinity down. Trinity told me that while he could not get me financed in my vehicle of choice there were others he could get approved. I went to this dealership to look at a particular vehicle, nothing else. They strung me along for one week causing me to miss out in other potential vehicles. When Mr. Trinity informed me that he could not sell me the vehicle I was interested in he was both abrupt and dismissive toward me.

It was a good experience overall...as the Salesperson actually tried to Pitch me some other car too which was matching my requirements.... But surprisingly the URGE TO SELL is somewhat more needed. Overall Good experience.

I inquired about a used vehicle. After a few days of back and forth with a salesman, I couldn’t get many answers over the phone and I decided to make a four hour drive to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival I discovered the vehicle wasn’t as described. I did not purchase the vehicle due to a number of issues I found with it. After discovering the unit was purchased at a wholesale auction along with it being significantly low on oil, I decided to walk away.
