Hyundai dealerships near me (Katy, TX)

Dealer responded and answered my questions but I decided to get another vehicle from a different dealer.

I asked 3 times and even in the 1st inquiry the best cash price for the car and that I was a few hours away and wasn't going to just drive out. Instead I kept getting emails from "Mishell Jones Internet Sales Assistant" in what I say was a AI response saying we have option to buy this car loans ects, the 2nd email I said cash price please, and the reply blahh blahh blahh when do you want to come in and drive the car, again said these replies are so template, let me talk to someone else that can handle this and the reply again, would would you like to come in and set up and appt. So I am guessing the just AI'd them self out of a sale... I guess stay away from chatGPT email systems...

Thank you so much for your unscrupulous business practice of wanting to add an additional THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to the cost of this Subaru (taking it from ~$38k to ~$41k. You sketchy sales associates told me that the $3k was because the vehicle "had just been serviced". That's an awfully expensive oil change & car wash. But because of your slimy business practice(?) I was able to find a 2021 WRX STi with only 5k miles that was only $4k more. Thanks again for your disingenuous and unscrupulous company practices!

Car was not ready due to failed Hyundai inspection. I wasn't told this until signing the title for my trade-in and giving the dealer the cashier's check. I was told to come back the next day. It was not ready on that day either. I emailed the general sales manager concerning the delay but never received a response. Car was finally ready 2 days after the day I was supposed to collect it.

Was easy and they gave me all the information I could ask for, ended up buying it and am very happy with the car!
