Terrible experience. Hidden dealer fees amounted to over 8k$. A slap in the face for my trade-in. Music in the dealership was way too loud. Good/knowledgeable salesman was the only positive

Would recommend very thorough

The price in the internet seems like a bait for you to come to the dealership. I was asking for the out the door price but they are not willing to give it. They wanted me to come to the dealership to test drive. They say they want to help but then again don’t want to divulge numbers. At first they said that the 31k price for the car is through high interest rate but when I ask them to show me those numbers they stop communicating with me. Good thing I did not visit their dealership otherwise, I would be in a trap

Hard to trust. I bought a vehicle strictly online without visiting the dealership to look at it. Once I received it it had an error code, only one key, and the console where the USB and battery charger is located would not stay open. Eddy, the salesman and.Brayan the sales manager, quit answering the phone and text messages once I ask them to address the issue. Sarah and finance was amazing. She went over and beyond what she should have been doing. I would not have bought the car if she would not have done what she did.

I inquired about a used vehicle. After a few days of back and forth with a salesman, I couldn’t get many answers over the phone and I decided to make a four hour drive to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival I discovered the vehicle wasn’t as described. I did not purchase the vehicle due to a number of issues I found with it. After discovering the unit was purchased at a wholesale auction along with it being significantly low on oil, I decided to walk away.

It was very bad experience. I talk to staff and manager in text. Agreed on price in tax. When I went there manager said he will do that price but I have to finance. I agreed and sign paperwork but after that they denied that price and wanted to charge me $5k plus more money. I wasted my 4.5 hours. I was going to buy 2 vehicles but I didn’t even start other due to bad experience. I would never go there to purchase anything again or recommend this dealership to anyone. Big talk but it is all talk in air. Nothing solid. I found both manager and Online manager liar.

They never made any contact with me
