Hyundai dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

The staff was attentive, helpful, efficient and friendly. The process was professional and we got the car we wanted. The financing and paperwork took hours, but we were overall pleased and would recommend this dealership.

Would recommend very thorough

Not that at the dealership. It went easy. I still haven’t got my copies of the paperwork

Hard to trust. I bought a vehicle strictly online without visiting the dealership to look at it. Once I received it it had an error code, only one key, and the console where the USB and battery charger is located would not stay open. Eddy, the salesman and.Brayan the sales manager, quit answering the phone and text messages once I ask them to address the issue. Sarah and finance was amazing. She went over and beyond what she should have been doing. I would not have bought the car if she would not have done what she did.

Claim’s that the “best” they can do on a 2024 leftover is a higher price than the 2026 model (with current manufacturer promotions). Also never answered messages from CarGurus, had to stop in to dealership to inquire.

I was emailing back and forth about the car I wanted to see for days. When I showed up to see the car I was told it was sold.

They never made any contact with me

Didn’t have when I showed up on Saturday never told it was sold

Great experience. The dealer did everything they said they would do. Will definitely buy from them again.
