The vehicle I purchased was clean, in great condition, and exactly as advertised. There was no pressure, no hidden surprises, and everything was handled smoothly. They really worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. What I appreciated the most was their transparency and honesty. I contacted the dealership that morning to inquire about the vehicle and they stated the car was available. My wife and I drove an hour and a half there with our newborn and when we arrive the rep said the car was sent to auction some days ago. Then tried to sell me other totally different car types. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Probably one of the WORST purchasing experiences of my life! Upon arrival, the car was there, as I lived out of state and contacted them ahead of time. I had a pre approval from my bank, however this dealership didn't work with my bank, so I had to go through their credit approval with the dealership since they told me another buyer was "coming in to look at the vehicle". Got approved, at a higher interest rate through dealership, After 5 hours we finally left with the vehicle. When we got home and reviewed the paperwork, extra charges were added into contract. After many phone calls, they "refunded" the amount of the extra charges, however not the taxes on the extra charges. The finance company name does not appear anywhere on the purchase contract and I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the purchase price signature sheet...overall will never shop at a Napelton dealership again, and will advise any friends and family members not to either!!!

I went to dealership to see the car that I was looking at online. I got there talked to a salesman and he showed me the vehicle and was very helpful. Test drove the car and talked numbers and everything went good. The salesman and finance team were very helpful.

I did not have a great experience with a car that I tried to buy. I was about to buy a vehicle after about 2 hours of talking with the salesperson. At that point the manager told me come back the following week to finish up the process. When I came back it seemed like they were going to sell me the car for the approved price. They pulled out the car and seemed ready to put the deal through but at that time again the manager came out and told me that it was not certified, even though the car fax report said it was. He was rather unwilling to sell me the car and tried to find a different car to sell me. The whole experience was unsettling. I cannot understand why I was treated like I was.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team
