Hyundai dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

Price advertised on cargurus website does not exist. Dealer combines all possible incentives from all sources. Some of those incentives were mutually exclusive from each other.

They kept in touch with the whole ordeal.

Misinformation on availability. Very poor communication. Told me car was there. They sold it several hours earlier and did not communicate it to me. Waste of an afternoon. Oh well too bad attitude.

Good the salesman is really helpfull

I worked Courtney and he was amazing I would recommend him to everyone who’s looking for a car from this car dealership

Mike was great I bought this car unseen & depending on Mike to make sure it was perfect. He did that had the car delivered to Indiana car is great Great Service

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

The staff are helpful. The car is clean and ready. I am very happy of the car performance it feels like new. I 100% recommend this dealership.

Very flexible to my questions

Probably one of the WORST purchasing experiences of my life! Upon arrival, the car was there, as I lived out of state and contacted them ahead of time. I had a pre approval from my bank, however this dealership didn't work with my bank, so I had to go through their credit approval with the dealership since they told me another buyer was "coming in to look at the vehicle". Got approved, at a higher interest rate through dealership, After 5 hours we finally left with the vehicle. When we got home and reviewed the paperwork, extra charges were added into contract. After many phone calls, they "refunded" the amount of the extra charges, however not the taxes on the extra charges. The finance company name does not appear anywhere on the purchase contract and I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the purchase price signature sheet...overall will never shop at a Napelton dealership again, and will advise any friends and family members not to either!!!
