The car was sold and no one told me, I took a uber to get the car because I was taking it home, waited til I got there to tell me the car I wanted was gone and tried to sale me something else I didn’t want. Wasted time and money. No communication skills.

Very poor overall communication with the dealership. The people you email is not even housed at the dealership so they have no idea you are even coming to see a specific vehicle. At first they said the vehicle was sold, but then they found it. The "manager' was horrible and low balled our trade in by 5k. Once we spoke to another manager they raised the price. We were there for 5 hours and walked away without a car.

My experience was great. I got the car I wanted at a great price. The staff was friendly. Everything went smoothly. I definitely will be back when I’m ready to purchase another car.❤️
