Empire Management are very dishonest. They add $8,000 to the price. $1,695 to Prep wash the vehicle; $695.00 Officer Christmas Bonus general ledger account or Dealership general ledger expenses; $145.00 tacked on to act as Department of Motor Vehicle and process the DMV Charges; and add 4-$5,000.00 to the price to punish me for not Financing with them/their bank and wanting to pay with a Certified Bank Check.

I had the easiest and stress free experience dealing with Volvo Huntington. I first saw the car on Cargurus.com and since the dealership was within 25miles of my residence, I contacted them. They were prompt and contacted me within 24hrs. My salesperson was Matt, a young man who explained all the features, status of the car, took me for a test drive and was very patient throughout. The dealership was immaculate and I felt very confident with my purchase of the 2021 Volvo XC40 T5R. I would highly recommend Volvo of Huntington for your new or pre-owned car! Matt made the whole process of purchasing a car, seamless and stress-free for me!

Devin is great. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Informed me about a 2014 Tacoma before posting it online and offered to hold for me with a $500.00 deposit. I agreed. Did a carfax report and, 3 accidents 2 owners and 1 theft. In Devin’s defense he didn’t have the carfax in front of him yet because the vehicle just arrived. After seeing the carfax report I respectfully declined the vehicle and requested my deposit back which Devin agreed to issue my refund. i have not received my deposit back yet. I asked for my refund April 10 Friday. Anyone reading this should know they’re a very good dealer, family owned and they did post the Tacoma with accurate information after I declined it. Matter of fact Devin is still looking for the truck I want. I don’t feel this info was being hidden. Just overlooked to appease me quickly. Visited Saturday, got my deposit back. Good people, Thanks Devin. Used tacomas not an easy find.

I responded to an advertisement from Gurus for a 2025 Mazda CX-90 Premium listed at $36,400. Upon arrival, the price was increased to $38,000. After presenting the original advertisement, we agreed on the initial price. When I expressed my intent to purchase the vehicle, I was informed by the manager that a dealer fee of $695 would apply, along with an additional unexplained fee of $1,800. I declined to pay this extra fee, which could not be justified. I would not recommend Empire Mazda of Huntington.
