Went to test drive vehicle. Quoted an out the door price of $18k for the 2019 kia forte. note that the vehicle had a noticeable dent, battery warning came on, and the car wasn’t really clean inside. Also made noise when accelerating. Felt pressured to buy the car same day and sign papers that I didn’t want to sign. Probably would not return & would not recommend.

I was contacted quickly by a salesperson and had a test drive. The experience at the dealership was good and I didn't feel pressured at all.

I inquired about a specific car, when speaking with them I was told, "If that one doesn't work, we have others." I explained, I know they had others, but I was coming to look at one particular vehicle. I was then sent a video, not of the vehcile I inquired about, but of all the others that they had. That immediately turned me off and I decided to not even look at the car. I was also called 5 times in a 24hr time period. I didn't like the pressure I was feeling.

Adam was and is a great a at person to buy a used luxury vehicle from. Having him as a reference of knowledge is worth the time alone. Best used car experience I've had in a long time. Great guy, very personable and professional.
