We drove 172 miles to "buy" a car advertised as a "Great Deal" on CarGurus. Once we arrived, during the test drive the check engine light came on. They said they were going to replace some equipment on it but the replacement part had not arrived yet - but we could drive the car home and have a local Chevy dealership do the repair. We also learned they had put a "protective ceramic coating" on the vehicle which raised the purchase price by $2900 - about 20%. Just incredible.

I reached about about a vehicle and never heard anything back.

The posted price is not the actual price . False advertisement . If you don’t have a trade add 1000 if you don’t finance add 1000 . Gimmicks . Scam

Overall experience was great. I didn't make a purchase due to living out of state and the price was more than I wanted to spend.

I was trying to purchase online as I don't live in that area. The list price looked real good $53,599, but the out the door price was $59,788 on one quote and $58,979 on another. Then one salesperson said truck had sold, but the next morning I get an email from the dealership asking if I was still interested. I finally called and spoke to someone who said he was the General Manager. I told him I really wanted to buy that truck and he said I'm sure you do with a sassy tone and $0 reduced price so needless to say I'm spending my $55,269 elsewhere.
