Good service

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I confirmed the 6:00 PM appointment with Karla Jones that morning, yet she failed to communicate that the car was not available before I made the trip. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes through peak Houston traffic with my four young children, only to arrive and find out the vehicle was not there. That is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of a customer’s time. A simple call or message could have prevented all of this. Stay away from this place.

Terrible. Led me to their dealership under false pretenses. The car did not exist. They told me to come see it the next day and to confirm before I come. Confirmed that the car was still available before I arrived in 30 minutes. Gave me a name to ask for who conveniently wasn’t there when I arrived. They tried to show me a similar vehicle in worse shape, but costs more. I asked about the car I came to see and it was sold that morning! Right!

Helped me out very much. Felt like I'd wait awhile on a newer one. But very curtious

Have called about 2 different trucks and both times it has been a bait and switch on price and availability! First truck didn’t exist, got a not their problem excuse. Second truck was online and on their website for 43k called and they told me that was an old ad and the truck was 78k and by the end of the conversation it was actually 94k! Very sketchy!
