The vehicle was overpriced and had been sitting for 4 months. When I offered CarGurus suggested IMV the dealer responded with, “Yes I’ll just magically discount it 7 grand. When it’s already below book 5k. Please don’t waste my time I’m very busy you seem more like a Toyota Corolla typa guy. Diesel is too much for you.” The following week, he dropped the price.

Haven’t made it yet hope to do business

The options noted and "sold" were not accurate. Ad and paperwork stated the car had CarPlay/AndroidAuto & Remote Start and it doesn't. I live in VB. I could not drive it home right away once I purchased. Asked for someone to follow me with it and I'd bring him/her back but was told no. Picked up later that evening and check engine light came on. Parked it all weekend and went to have it looked at Monday morning. Sat two hours while they looked it over. Stated there were no codes, when I expressed concern about my 3 day return window, was assured it would be ok if something happened. Been driving now for 3 days and that is when I discovered, after subscribing to MySubaru, that there is no Remote Start. Also found that the CarPlay/AndroidAuto are not compatible with my phone because my phone is "too new". Subaru is working it. I like the car, just wish the sales person actually knew the options. I am installing Remote Start at a cost, no offer of discount at all.
