Car wasn’t described properly. Had a massive oil leak and they wouldn’t provide a detailed shop inspection report. After bringing up the oil leak safety issue they refused to budge on the price. In addition. The sales team never even offered us any other vehicle to even look at. The next dealer we went to showed us a car that we weren’t happy with either but then showed us a few options. We bought a vehicle from that dealer.

I only dealt with kind and courteous people. They looked out for me and made sure I was aware of what was coming with an as-is sale. Able to handle everything over the phone before pickup. Happy with their service and their quick responses with my emails.

Worked with Jackson. He was honest & professional. Communication was excellent but never felt over the top or pushy. The team behind him were excellent to deal with too. Valley Honda priced it fairly from the start so I didn’t feel the need to negotiate pricing. Car was as advertised and the whole process was very transparent and efficient.
