THIS IS A BAIT CAR TO GET YOU TO THE DEALERSHIP TO TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE. I had called and spoke to this dealer ship multiple times, including the morning of AND on the drive to the dealer and was told the car was fine and available. I drove an hour out to see this car and when I got there, I was told the car has electrical problems and they wouldn’t let me see it. Then they offered to show me another car that was very similar, only to be told that car wasn’t even on site. This experience ultimately felt very sneaky and dishonest.

We were shopping for a new Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring for our newly graduated, active-duty military son. Spitzer Honda advertised a “Panda Price,” but no one could explain how to qualify. It felt like bait pricing. After a hard push, GM Aziz came in $1,250 higher than the Panda price, which became competitive only after applying Honda's rebates. We drove six hours with pre-approved financing. Said, our sales consultant, was polite. But the dealership is rigidly top-down: salespeople lack authority, and Sales Manager Sara was curt, supercilious, and unfit for a customer-facing role. Aziz never made himself available, despite requests. At delivery, the new car had smudged paint, dirty backseat, and a chipped door handle. Their “fix” was a paint pen. After pushback, they told us to stay overnight (at our expense) for their body shop. Though the final price was fair, the misleading advertising, poor prep, and dismissive attitude led us to walk away. Buyer beware!

Great experience

Our purchase was an all around great experience! We were apprehensive about seeking out a purchase with a dealership that we weren’t familiar with and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process. Early on in the process the sales manager came out and introduced himself and so did the individual handling the financing. Nice personal touch that went a long way. I felt like the agreed upon price was fair for us and the dealership. Really felt like we were treated fairly and honestly. I don’t take giving reviews lightly and if you are considering doing business with Honda of Middleburg Heights I would absolutely say that you should!!!

Due to Ohio state policy, no dealership can sell used vehicles to out of state buyers. I was ready with cash to purchase. A disclaimer should be issued regarding this policy. Very disappointed with State of Ohio policy.
