They call you none stop and then you go down there they change the terms and say we can still get it done today instead of 3k it’s 7-8 k ok can we do it today well no come back tomorrow then nothing for a week or so then phone tag back and forth emails calls really a joke

I rate dealer as follow…(Benny) I didn’t even make it to the dealership because my initial interaction with the sales representative over text was very poor and unprofessional. When I submitted my offer—which was only $5,000 below the original asking price—they questioned me as if I was unreasonable. They repeatedly asked where I came up with that number, even after I explained it, and they never provided a counteroffer. They simply stayed firm on their price, which I’m completely fine with, but the way I was questioned felt very unprofessional and discouraging not willing to be flexible at all, and you would think their price is already great or amazing but it’s not because you can compare on this app many different vehicles with the same year same miles same models for a little bit less than the asking price for this one.

The truck had body damage not disclosed before arriving to dealer

Saw a listing for a 2025 Honda Prologue with <1800 mi. I checked in - but it was gone! Then an alert popped up showing a 2024 w/ 30k @ $22K. Went down, test drove the car, and said - OK, sold. That’s when the $22K turned into $30K w/ much reduced “100000 mile warranty turning in three dealer services

I called and they kept telling me someone was going to call me back on a Friday. They never did. I tried again on Saturday and same thing. I decided to drive and go to see an hour away. The person i was texting was the guy i left a vm for. He said he never got anything. The coolant was dirty and tire sidewall was cracked. I message the guy he said it's good because the tread was ok. When u touch the sidewall, it starts flaking off. Def not safe to drive. He did not give me a copy of everything I signed either and he stop responding back to me. I had to reach out to a manager to get my carfax. He said he would send me a check for the tires. Michelin tires came on the truck. I told him I didn't expect Michelin just something decent. I told him we would split the difference for the coolant flush. They can pay for the coolant price and I'll pay for the coolant labor. It should not have gotten that far.
