Cole was helping me through the phone and internet and was very on top of it. I would have bought the car through him but a 2 hour delay on my part in responding cost me the vehicle. If they had something similar in the same price range I would certainly loved to have purchased it through him maybe next year we can make a deal happen.

Ok, where do I begin with this absolute horrible experience? First. I was greeted by the most inept salesman who didn't know anything about "certified used vehicles", lacked knowledge about basic procedures, lied about things he didn't know, either played stupid or is stupid, etc... I picked out a truck and headed to the closing table to talk things over with the sales mgr. He tries to add on $8,000.00 in EXTRA HIDDEN FEES. For example, PPP protection ($2,500.00) Floor mats ($899.00) Skinny plastic things on the truck doors ($599.00) Reconditioning fee ($3,799.00) There was a few extras, but you get the point. The listed price went from $34,000.00 to a WHOPPING $42,000.00! Needless to say, I walked out without the truck.

Purchased a 2023 Yukon from Coconut Point Honda in Estero on May 7th. Discovered serious transmission issues on the drive home requiring $4,450 in repairs. Despite buying a powertrain warranty, I learned it doesn't activate for 45 days. The dealership refused to help, citing "as is" sale terms, and pretty much saying this was my problem since I didn’t catch the issue in my 5 minute test drive. Their inspection process clearly missed major problems. If shopping here, get an independent inspection first or consider other dealerships. Their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles just days after purchase is disappointing.

The folks I worked with at Honda Sarasota were awesome! Colby was my original sales person and he took a video of the car and sent it to me. I then contacted Tony, a sales manager who helped me to obtain the financing! When we got to the dealership, they had the car ready to go! We worked with Marcus because Colby was tied up with another sale and he too was excellent! Got through financing pretty quickly and then we were on our way home. Everyone was very nice at Honda Sarasota! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car!
