Brian from Venice Honda contacted me and I went there to see the car. It was great. We negotiated terms and I only had to start to. Leave once. The GM San deep let me have the car to get it inspected. It passed except the 100k maintenance had not been done. I had to negotiate this. Car is wonderful; Brian was excellent.

Dealer added on several fees totaling almost $1800. The explanation of the fees differed depending on which sales person you talked to. They were very curtious.

Didn't buy from them but they were prompt with a phone call and honest on not being able to meet my price. No "come in and we'll talk" knowing we were too far apart.

They quoted me a price on the phone and when we met they held to it when other dealers said there was no dealing. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We sealed the deal the day of our first meeting. My salesman was extremely helpful, no pressure.

Wasn't helpful with purchasing the car. After I decided I wanted the car the made the contract and sent me on my way. When I came back the next day with some questions the salesman said the manager wasn't there , gave me and envelope with the contract and didn't answer ANY questions I had. Not helpful watsover!!

I had a great experience at this dealership. They knew I was coming from Bonita Springs to look at a vehicle. They took my trade that I drove up with and came to Bonita the pickup my second trade. Great guys to work with as I was woman alone purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.

Visited the dealership to look at a used car that I had been receiving info about throughout the previous day. 20 min after arriving at the dealership and arranging to look/test drive the car the sales agent notified us that hey had shipped the car off to auction the night before. Note the internet sales specialist had sent me emails with car fax and maintenance history about the car 15 min before I arrived at the dealership. They do not have their act together,
